1. Our Guarantee & Returns Overview

We are committed to the quality of My Little Book of Memories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order, provided the product meets the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Change of Mind)

You have 14 calendar days from the day you received your item to request a return for a refund.

Conditions:

For a return to be accepted due to a change of mind, your item must meet all of the following:

• Unused: The journal must be completely unused, with no writing, marks, or signs of wear.
• Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Cost:

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for items returned due to a change of mind. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging our premium journals, but errors can happen during transit.

Our Promise:

If your journal arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [Your Support Email Address] with the following:

• Your Order Number.
• A clear photograph of the damage or defect.

We will promptly assess the issue and, at your preference, send you a replacement item at no extra cost or issue a full refund, including the original purchase price. You will not be responsible for the return shipping costs of faulty items.

5 Non-Refundable Situations (International Orders)

Customs, Duties, and Refused Deliveries:

As stated in our shipping policy, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are NOT included in the €29 product price.

• If you refuse a delivery due to unpaid customs charges, or if the package is returned to us because you failed to pick it up, your refund will be the product price (€29) MINUS the actual cost we incurred for the outbound shipping and any return fees charged by the courier.
