These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and your purchase of products from My Little Book Of Memories. By accessing or using the Website and/or placing an order, you accept and agree to these Terms.

2. Orders and Acceptance

• All orders you place through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This is not an acceptance of your order — acceptance and contract conclusion occurs when we ship your order or otherwise notify you of acceptance.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (for example: product out of stock, pricing error, fraud suspicion). If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in €, unless otherwise indicated.

• Payment is collected at the time of order. We accept payment via the methods displayed on the checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer worldwide shipping (as indicated on the Website).

• Delivery times, shipping costs, customs, duties (for international orders) — if any — are explained on the Shipping Policy page (or during checkout). These additional costs (customs, duties) are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our return & refund policy (see below) applies.

5.1 Change-of-Mind Returns (14-Day Window)

• You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return for a refund.

• The item must be completely unused, in its original condition and packaging (no writing, marks, signs of wear).

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

• To initiate a return, contact us at info@mylittlebookofmemories.com with your order number and reason for return.

5.2 Damaged or Faulty Items / Incorrect Items

• If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@mylittlebookofmemories.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.

• After verification, we will — at your preference — send you a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund including original shipping (if any). In this case, we cover return shipping costs.

5.3 Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item (for unused condition or after damage verification), we will notify you whether refund is approved or rejected.

• If approved, refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on payment processor).

5.4 Non-Refundable Situations (International Orders)

• For international orders (outside the EU): import duties, customs fees, or refused deliveries (e.g. due to unpaid customs charges or failure to pick up) are the customer’s responsibility.

• If the package is returned to us because of refusal or non-pickup, we will refund only the product price (e.g. €29), minus actual outbound shipping cost and any return fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We make every reasonable effort to display colors, descriptions and images of our products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display will precisely reflect the product’s actual color or detail.

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or products.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

• All content on the Website (text, images, graphics, design, logos, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to My Little Book Of Memories, and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

• You may view and print pages of the Website for personal use only. Any other use — reproduction, distribution, modification — is prohibited without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Greece and the European Union.

• In the event of a dispute, parties will first attempt to amicably resolve it. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Greece.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or placing of an order constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
